Big bag lifting beams of the BBT series
Big bag lifting beams of the BBT series are available in two versions. There are the following versions:
- Version BBT02 with four welded side hooks
- BBT03 version in low construction with four side hooks
These truss models are designed for use with a crane and therefore have a central, upper lifting point. You can attach the crane hook here. Regardless of the version, the maximum load capacity is 2,000 kg.
Each BBT lifting beam is tested to 150% of its load capacity before delivery.
To lift or empty big bags, simply hang them on the four welded side hooks. The safety traps prevent the loops from accidentally slipping out.

Attention:
Due to the negative construction height, the low-profile traverse can tip to the side on the crane hook as soon as it is no longer loaded. Therefore, special care must be taken when using this lifting beam model BBT03. The load centre of gravity must be clearly below the attachment points!
